1. Who we are

2. The service

LA FIESTA EVENT lets an event host create digital invitations, send them to guests, collect RSVPs, and manage entry on the day of the event. Services include, but are not limited to, ready-made templates, custom design, on-site supervisors, phone follow-up with guests, express delivery, and guest check-in with live attendance.

3. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create a host account. You are responsible for your account, your login, and everything done through it. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, without compensation.

4. Hosts and guests

Only the host holds an account and pays for the service. Guests receive an invitation and respond to it; they do not need an account.

5. Your guest list

You decide which guests to invite and you upload their names and phone numbers. You confirm that you are entitled to share those numbers with us for this purpose. We use them only to deliver your event's invitations, reminders, and entry passes. We never use them to market to your guests and never share them with anyone else.

6. Payment

Prices are in Saudi Riyals and shown before you confirm. Payment is made to us through the app using a secure card payment; we do not store your card details. Any applicable taxes are shown before you pay. We issue your invoice, and any payment question is handled by us directly.

7. Cancellation and refunds

• Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your event date and no invitation has been sent.
• No refund once invitations have been sent, as the service has been delivered.
• Add-ons (on-site supervisors, express service, phone follow-up) are non-refundable within 24 hours of the event.

All refund decisions are made by us. Approved refunds are returned to the card used for payment within 14 days.

8. Designs and content

Ready-made templates remain ours and are licensed to you for your event only. A custom design produced for you is yours to use for your event. You keep ownership of your own text, images, and logos, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You may not upload anything unlawful, offensive, or infringing.

9. Delivery

Invitations, reminders, and entry passes are delivered to your guests via WhatsApp. Delivery depends on your guest's number being correct and their device being available, and on WhatsApp's own service and policies, which are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by these. We may add other delivery channels in future.

10. Changes to the service

We improve the app regularly and may add, change, or withdraw any service or package at any time. Once you have paid for an event, what you paid for is locked in: the price and the services included stay exactly as they were at the time of payment, and no later change affects them. Changes apply only to new orders placed after the change.

11. Liability

We take care to deliver your event as agreed. If something goes wrong on our side, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us for that event, which we will refund or credit. We are not responsible for costs beyond that, or for matters outside our control such as your guests' phones, their network, or WhatsApp's own service.

12. Deleting your account

You may delete your account at any time from within the app, or by submitting a request on our Delete My Account page. Deletion removes your account, your events, and your guest data. Invoices and payment records are retained for six years, as required by Saudi tax regulations.

13. Pricing and packages

Our packages and current prices are shown in the app before you confirm any order. Prices may change at any time, and the price that applies to your order is the one shown to you at the moment you pay.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms. Orders already paid for remain governed by the terms in force when you paid.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute falls to the competent courts in Riyadh.
