Delete My Account
You can delete your LA FIESTA EVENT account and the data held with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
From within the app
Open your profile, choose Delete my account, and confirm. This takes effect immediately and is the fastest route.
By email
If you can no longer sign in, send us a deletion request and we will process it within 24 hours.
- Email privacy@lafiestaevent.com from the email address on your account.
- Use the subject line Delete my account.
- Include the mobile number registered to your account, so we can identify it.
We only act on a request that comes from the email address registered to the account. If we cannot match it, we will ask you to confirm before deleting anything.
What gets deleted
Deletion removes your account, your events, your guest lists and responses, your check-in records, and any files you uploaded.
Invoices and payment records are kept for six years, as required by Saudi tax regulations. Nothing else is retained.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on what we hold and for how long.
If you are a guest, not a host
Guests do not have an account with us. Guest names and numbers are deleted automatically 7 days after the event. To have your details removed sooner, ask the host who invited you, or contact privacy@lafiestaevent.com.
